“Aside from the love and understanding of the couples, budget is the key for a well-organized wedding”

What I meant for Budget? It’s not only about money, it is also about time, attitude and goal.

I created this article to help couples planning to have a church wedding to give a draft good details about wedding and encourage couples in a relationship to have a sacrament of matrimony especially those in a long term relationship.

My husband and I were committed steady for eight years in a relationship when we’ve decided to get married. He proposed to me on the 7th year and planned to have the wedding bells on the infinite 8th year of love and friendship. I really wanted to have a simple wedding from the wedding dress outfit to reception so mostly all of the things needed in my wedding were arranged by yours truly. My pretty sister “Sarah” suggested the church venue and we both approved it because the place is very solemn and you will really feel the event with privacy with an ample parking space for the guest. We also decided to have the venue of the reception in the church social hall so it will be very accessible for the guest.
A month before the wedding, my close friends prepare a surprise shower party at a private place with a pool and it was really fun.

Here are my wedding checklist

  1. Plan the date of the wedding.

This is number one in my checklist because it will allow you both to set a preparation period for the wedding celebration. Mostly wedding celebration nowadays happens in the month of December. My husband and I wedding bells are also December. We believe that this is a great month to have our wedding celebration because after the full togetherness from honeymoon the next month is a beautiful start for a new couple welcoming a new year as husband and wife.
