Tips for a delicious, Healthy, Saucy spaghetti sauce that your kids and the whole family will surely love.
One of the biggest responsibilities of a mom at home is the preparation of foods for the family. At home, I was trying to do different experiments with the real recipes to make it more delicious and yummier. I have a two-year old toddler who is very choosy when it comes to eating meals so whenever he dislikes a meal/ dish, I usually find out what is the problem with the taste. We all know that most kids love spaghetti especially when it is sweet and saucy (Filipino Style Spaghetti); Aside from cooking a sweet and saucy spaghetti, to make it healthier and yummier easy to eat for kids we should grind carrots and add it on the sauce. It will make the spaghetti sauce really richer, more delicious, saucier, healthier and sweeter with the taste of the grind carrot.
How to do it?
After cooking the spaghetti sauce, before you serve it or mix it with the spaghetti noodles while the sauce is too hot, add the grinded carrots on top of the sauce. You can also just grind the carrot on top of the sauce before you serve it.
Avoid putting pepper on the spaghetti sauce if you will be preparing these for kids because most kids would dislike the taste of the pepper.
