As a work-at-home mom, I have been so busy with my online work and taking care of my family. I only have a limited time to go out of the house and only choose important events. I wish to go to gym or take a regular jogging exercise because those are the best ways to keep our body fit. Since I always stay at home, I found a natural way to be fit.
I am not saying that it will make you sexy or lose weight in an instance but it will help your body to be fit in a natural healthy way. Doing household chores is one of mom’s basic task at home. It makes a motherhood experience truly fulfilling when we personally manage the household task. Aside from that wonderful mommy feeling, by doing the household chores we burn calories. Approximately we burn 100-150 calories per hour while doing household chores like sweeping and scrubbing the floor, washing dishes, ironing the clothes, etc. It will also keep our body parts fit to work in anytime.
