Health is wealth. As we grow old, our bodies metabolism tends to decelerate that makes some individuals to become fat and big. Normally we noticed it in women’s body specially after giving birth. The lifestyle activity matters to be fit and healthy. I have created some list of weight loss programs that we can try to lose weight and be healthy.
List of weight Loss programs
- DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet – diet plan that focuses on nutrients like calcium, potassium, sodium along with fiber and protein to decrease high blood pressure which may lead to weight loss.
- Aerobic dance and jogging exercise – morning exercise done with repetitive counts to achieve good health and strong muscles
- Yoga – a physical, mental and spiritual discipline using meditation and some use objects like yoga blocks for their yoga performance.
- After 6 diet – diet discipline by not eating rice or any full meal after 6PM.
- Cleansing diet – eating only fruits and vegetables without oil, salt or any other processed foods in a matter of time
It feels good when you are healthy. You can do everything you want to the limits and can wear regular clothing size.
