Having a healthy mind and body is like having millions of money. When a person is healthy, he can always be at his best move. To achieve good health, one should be living in a healthy lifestyle. That includes the food intake, eating and sleeping habits, and the daily activities of an individual.
A few months ago, I tried several ways to keep my body fit and healthy. I have done DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) and Cardio exercises. Aside from that I have heard of apidextra, does apidextra work? I haven’t tried this. It suppresses your appetite so you can eat less and still feel full. It also increases your metabolism and stimulates thermogenesis. Apidextra has all-natural ingredients so I think it is safe. Some people take diet coffee to lose weight but according to some there are side effects. Last month I started my regular jogging exercises and plan to join in a run for a cause. Because I am pregnant now, I have to stop my jogging exercises but change it to walking exercises after the first trimester. I can say that I am now living a healthy lifestyle compared a few weeks ago.
My healthy lifestyle includes eating fiber rich nutritious foods, drinking milk in the morning, sleeping early at night and waking up early, limit my working hours in the computer for less than 10 hours, regular exercise by keeping our room clean and reading educational books. My little boy is about to go to school so I started my plan for his learning activities.
