When I started working at home online, I depend so much with the availability and bandwidth of my internet connection. Without my data connection, I cannot accomplish my work. It is been five years now working as an associate in a US-based company and I am very grateful to be part of their team. It was five years ago when I started my dream to be an independent contractor and pursue to have a website of my own. I was clueless before of what to choose for my web hosting plan. I started with personal hosting then after a year I upgraded into business hosting. Unmetered Hosting is my plan in the future because of the great advantage and features such as having dedicated servers and unmetered bandwidth solutions.
Since I am working online completing tasks with deadlines, a reliable data internet connection is very important. There are times that I have to accomplish certain reports very late at night and when I was about to send it, error sending will appear on the screen which makes me upset because it is a must to send those reports to the recipient. I tried to find out the problem and found myself calling for a technical support. I am just thankful that my internet service provider has a 24/7 technical support and a quick service too. They have been very helpful that whenever I have problems they always do their best customer support to resolve the issue.
With my web hosting support from sometimes I experience having problems at a weird time of the day. When it is day time, I can simply call them and ask for assistance of what seems to be the problem with my website. At night time their technical support is not accepting phone calls but the good thing is that you can contact them through a live support online where you can exchange conversations. It is 24/7 so it will be less hassle for the customer. Just make sure that before you contact them for support you have to figure out or observe the trouble that you encountered so that it will be easier for them to fix the issue.
