Before we move to our new home in Caypombo, Bulacan, we would like to have the PLDT myDSL broadband internet at home. It was last year when we applied for telephone service and DSL connection but after a few months of doing follow-ups, the service is not yet available in the area and we were told that PLDT just recently bought Digitel there. Last March 2013 we re-applied but after several follow-ups, we were told that their service port is full and we were log to waiters. Hubby and I were very disappointed that we need to re-apply again. I called their customer service if there is a way that once an open facility is available to call us but they told me that they have no system for the waiting list.

The photo above is the curent PLDT myDSL flyer. We would like to choose the XCITE 1995.
I really need a reliable internet connection so we keep on finding ways for the PLDT application. After a month again I re-apply for PLDT through their online application. After a week I received an email from their customer service asking certain information about my address such as Street Name, Street Number and Nearest Working PLDT Telephone Number. I replied and I hope my application will be approved. I will update this post for the status.
Update as of June 29, 2013
After two months, the PLDT customer care replied with this email:
Good day.
This pertains to the update of your DSL Plan Xcite 1995 application application.
Much as we would like to provide our DSL service, we regretfully inform you that the limitations in the facilities we have encountered in your area restricts us from doing so. Some areas in Phase 5 Las Palmas subdivision CayPombo Bulacan have existing DSL facilities but are already in use thereby leaving no more available port for assignment.
However, there is a possibility that coverage would eventually expand to your area. While we may not be able to provide a definite time frame, we wish to assure you that PLDT is continuously striving to make its services available to as many subscribers as possible and we will constantly find every possible means to serve your request at the soonest possible time.

Since I truly needed a wired internet connection I will be waiting for the availability of the facility. After three months I will re-apply so that means that my next update here is on October 2013. I am hoping for the best that we can have the wired internet connection there before we finally move.
Good pm. mam tanong ko lang po kung may iba pa ba kayong alam na internet sa caypombo? may update na po ba sa pldt? tnx po
Hi Daryl,
I already updated the post regarding this concern. Please read.
This is a nice blog. My Family moved in Las Palmas Caypombo Phase I since 2008. From then I already applied to Digitel and PLDT, up to this date no facility for PLDT DSL for Las Palmas Residence, since according to the some speculation roaming around its either the home owners or Solar Development doesn’t agree on terms for the PLDT facility.
Hi Erwin,
My husband and I are still hopeful that there will be PLDT facility in our area. Before 2013 ends, we will be speaking directly to the management and if they will take no actions with our request then we will have to decide (to sell our house and lot here).
Same notion as our, after our house can be bought by a prospect buyer we will move to my hometown in Montalban, I have a shared property there and a good Landline and Internet connection, we thought living separately from in-laws and start a new life in Bulacan, but I guess the location and the bureaucracy within our developer and some homeowners official had its toll on us. I wish you good luck and success with your family. Thank you for the reply.
i’m from caypombo too. any updates regarding this??? i so badly needed a wired internet connection since last year. my pldt application btw is since feb 2016. so far no available port yet for me too as of jun 2016 🙁
Hi Siano,
