Have you tried the Dairy Queen Oreo Blizzard Cake? I celebrated my birthday with this frozen cake. A few days ago, I spent my birthday with my family. It was a very simple celebration that we wanted to just rest at home. Hubby recalled that we used to eat DQ blizzard at SM Megamall when we were both single more than six years ago. During those times Dairy Queen does not sell frozen cake and their best-selling was blizzard ice cream. Now there are lots of frozen dairy products that are very smoothing to our taste.
This Dairy Queen Oreo Blizzard Cake is 100% ice cream cake, soft serve layered with cold fudge and a cookie crunch. I chose this flavour because hubby also wants Oreo – I think most people likes Oreo cookies. I request a dedication on top of the frozen cake. I am actually on a diet but with this cake, how can I control my diet. I am thankful that my husband loves me no matter how big I grow. But, we always put a limit that we should not exceed too much weight and body fat for health reasons.
The prize of Dairy Queen Oreo Blizzard Cake here in the Philippines is only P749 (approximately $18) as of November 2014. Apart from the classic DQ cakes, they also sell their DQ Holiday cakes for only P649.
If you are looking for DQ cakes availability, please see the image below for Dairy Queen Stores where these cakes are available.
