Ingredients: Pansit-pansitan, white onions (minced), tomatoes, pickled mango (optional), salt and pepper
Procedure:
- Wash thorougly the vegetables. Blanch the pansit-pansitan and cut it an inch size Stem with leaves.
- Cut the onions and tomatoes into small cubes.
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
