The world is affected with this Covid-19 pandemic. While most people are at home quarantine, it has a ripple effect to the workforce, economy, lifestyle, and the financial stability of every family.
There are few vehicles moving and few pollutants on Earth resulting to our Mother Earth healing. Families are united closer to each other and spending more quality time at home. Mothers and most individuals cook home meals. People say it back-to-basics hobby. Some are doing traditional arts amd crafts, stitching, and crochet. Book worms pick books to read on. Those who love plants take the advantage to grow some. With countless things that you can do during this event of quarantine, some are still complaining being bored.
In the midst of this unpleasant events, here I am working hard. Grateful with my online work, I still have a regular job. No need to travel. Just got a reliable internet connection and a good working laptop, I’m in. You think that’s just it. Time management, I’ve done it a lot. What more challenging to me is how I manage to assist my two children with their school’s online distance learning activities. Aside from that, you have to make more meals since we are full house. Thank goodness mom-in-law is there to help. Summer is the season of my work. I must meet the deadlines of my work. I am truly a workaholic person but I am trying to lessen some of my ideas and energies. Because I keep on thinking and thinking better ways. I have been working out too with one of my financial ideas. This is keeping me finding ways.
What is the first thing that you will do if Covid-19 is over and the quarantine is lifted?
The first that I will do after the quarantine is lifted is to pray and thank God, celebrate life by preparing a meal that I will share with my neighbors and to the people closer to my heart.
Of course, I have so many things to do at the back of my head. For now, that is what I dream to do. I promise myself to be a better person and be a blessing to other people by inspiring them. Helping them live a worthy life and encourage them to aim for a goal for something that could help them financially.
I may not be a religious person but I believe that what matters most is how you live your life meaningfully with kindness, generosity, and compassion to everyone.
I would like to thank the frontliners for being of good service to their fellowmen. They have a special place in my heart most especially the doctors and nurses. I know how they dedicate their life with their passion to help people. Hat’s off to all of you. May God shower you more strength and good health to beat this world pandemic.
Stay safe and I’m with you praying for the world healing and for the Covid-19 to end. In Jesus name, Amen.
