This is my first entry for 2021. Although the year 2020 has brought various challenges worldwide due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are still grateful and hopeful. Let us keep the faith that our Lord will bless and guide us through to the year 2021.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, let us look at the bright side. We may not be able to travel to different places and celebrate big events with all of our family, but it allows us to have a quality time with them at home. Most of the parents or guardian is always there at home for the children. As we spend more time at home, we discover more about ourselves. We learn new things and enhance some skills that we have.
Moreover, staying home to avoid the virus has advantages too. It is not only a negative outcome about socialization, events, schooling, and travel vacation. It is because the technology has found its way to improve the communication of every person wherever you are. Facebook has its fb messenger platform while Zoom is commonly used in group meetings with interactive features.
In addition, home becomes a great avenue for learning. There are different online classes. Thankful for technology! We may be facing some inconvenient issues with an internet connection and computer processor speed, but still we learn. Art class has been a favorite activity of the family. As the people prefer to stay home, travel was lessened. The air pollution decreases while the Earth is recovering, more people were engaged in growing and taking care of the plants. Love to see different kinds of plants.
As for myself, I am thankful to 2020 that I have finished my web essentials course. It is indeed a good start for my future plan to become a freelance web administrator. I actually started it during the last quarter of 2019. I have several clients already, but I need to hone my skills and implement my learning on this website.
Lastly, I am always hopeful and keeping the faith in 2021. May the new year bring us luck, more blessings, good work, and more success to our goals in life! Have a Meaningful and Prosperous New Year!
