  • 1 tbsp red onions chopped
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 200 grams Del Monte Pineapple tidbits
  • 500 grams sweet potato boiled, cut into 1x1-inch cube
  • 1 cup carrots boiled, cut into 1x1-inch cube
  • 500 grams potato boiled, cut into 1x1-inch cube
  • 100 grams Baguio Beans
  • salt to taste
  • sugar to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. To make the salad dressing, combine pickles, onion, mustard, and mayonnaise then toss in DEL MONTE Crushed Pineapple and the remaining ingredients.
  2. Toss in the kamote, carrot, potato, and Baguio beans.
  3. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.
Recipe Notes

It is optional to use a mustard. I prefer not to use it in this recipe.
