  1. Wash the Pomegranate fruits. Peel off the skin of the Pomegranate fruits.
  2. Prepare 1 liter of water and bring to boil.
  3. Add the peeled Pomegranate fruits to boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes or until the fruit soften.
  4. Strain the Pomegranate pieces to separate the juice.
  5. Add sugar to the filtered Pomegranate juice. Voila! It can be served warm or cold.

Pomegranate Juice taste: The taste is a combination of lightly bitter, sweet, and sour. We like the taste! It is not a dull juice because it has a rich taste. It doesn’t have an unpleasant smell. The color of the Pomegranate juice is dark red or dark maroon.
