Toddler’s are really playful and active. They are also talks a lot and loves to sing nursery rhymes. This is also the best times for them to teach and show them some educational books. I introduce toddler’s educational books to my little boy when he is about to reach one year old. At first, he just look at it and just wanted to play with it. Every now and then I told him to take care of it that we should keep it after reading. Now that he is two and a half year old, I can say that books are really a great help for my little boy that he learned many things around him.
The first book that I bought is the Baby Brainy Four Early Learning Board Books. It only cost Php290.00 ( approximately $6.50) and I bought it at a book fair inside the Ever Gotesco Grand Central Mall. I also bought some All-time favorite fairy tales but some are already torn. My little boy received some books as a birthday gift last year.
If you will be buying books for toddlers then I suggest you buy board books because it is more durable and long lasting compared to the books with thin paper pages.
The photo above is the actual early learning books that we have at home. I also bought this learning books and gave it to my goddaughter who turned one year old last month.

Love this article. and I totally agree with teaching them early with books! I noticed that your books in the pictures are all in english… do you happen to know books in Filipino that are also good for toddlers? We live in Spain and I really love for my baby to learn to speak Filipino so I am on the look out for good Filipino books to buy there in the Philippines this coming December 🙂
Thanks!
