From my previous post “Know your lucky Feng Shui Directions“, we knew our kua number and the group where we belong. Now we are going to look for the recommended position of the front door and garage of the house.
According to the theory of ancient Chinese Feng Shui, there are eight areas of auspicious living space. The main life areas (based from Feng Shui bagua) are wealth, reputation, love, family and health, travel and helpful acquaintances, career, wisdom, children and creativity. You may apply your lucky direction with Feng Shui bagua and define the energy map .
The front door and the door mostly uses like garage is considered the most important factor to be the major source of good energy in the house. By knowing the kua number and the group(East or West) a person belong , to attract the luck the person must live in that group.
People, whose Kua number is 1, 3, 4, or 9 belong to the East group.
Those, whose Kua number is 2, 6, 7, or 8 belong to the West group.
If the position of the front door (home entrance) cannot be change then the alternative way is to use and reinforce the effects of the current one. I have found a good article about it “Feng Shui Location of the House Front Door” at http://www.suite101.com/content/feng-shui-tips-the-best-front-door-direction-a99076.

The feng shui of my house is all wrong. So what I did was rearrange some things, placed chinese feng shui knick knacks but I know it’s not enough. The house should be rebuilt to conform with the good.

I am not a Feng Shui Expert but based on some of the houses and structures I saw with good Feng Shui, if the main door is facing the main gate of the house, if there still a space, they add plants or a simple divider making the pathway to the main door of the house to the other side and not directly to the maingate.
