Being a work-at-home mom, I have noticed that my body is getting bigger. It is because when you work at home you always sit in front of the computer and you seldom go out of the house by which the chances of walking exercises to burn fats and calories are gone. That is true but I have been looking the best alternatives to shed pounds and burn calories while working at home. I am just eating the appropriate foods to attain the recommended daily calories 2,000 or sometimes less than the average not to grow fat and at least maintain my current weight.
I have been reading some articles and hearing people who yoga is also a great healthy way to lose weight. That looks interesting so what I did is to look for the best yoga position to lose weight. To begin with yoga exercises, you need a yoga mat or a carpeted surface or you can also use the traditional yoga blankets or mexican blanket. It is up to you on what to use. The weight loss yoga for total body sweat and tone that I have found online in youtube is by Tara Stiles. Part 1 is 4 week weight loss routine. In the first part, you have to do the routine 3 times in the first week. The second week is adding detox, third week is abs and the final week is opening and releasing tension from the hips. The yoga crescent pose firms abs, hips, and thighs. If you wanted to try yoga to lose weight, it is better to watch it in video.
I’ve tried this in a month and I feel that my body became more flexible. There’s an ease with my body movements when it comes to doing multiple household chores and taking care of my children.
Dave Capsiplex says
Capsiplex is a relatively new natural diet pill in the market but appears to be doing well. It is very popular in the UK and the US. It is being claimed that Capsiplex does not have any side effects. I wonder how true this allegation is.
