A house with proper and good lighting is one of the very basics in feng shui to attract chi or the positive energy. The quality of light natural and artificial may influence our mood, health and well-being that is why lighting should be consider as one of the top priorities at home, office or business. I am really excited for the home construction and improvement of our new home this year. My husband and I have many plans for our new home but we have a limited budget this year so we might be having several parts of home improvement before we finally reach the complete architectural design.

Since lighting is one of the top priorities to consider, I already started in canvassing for different lighting. My husband and I would like to have lighting closed to ceiling. I love to have golden lighting in the living room and quoizel lighting at the outdoor wall. The photo above is the lighting that I saw online that will surely fit in my proposed living room. They are simple yet so elegant looking. At the living room, we prefer energy efficient Fluorescent / CFL bulb type in circular shape. I have read that the wattage usually range from 22W to 40W so I believe I can truly save energy and my electric bills might cost low.
