Christ is risen. Hallelujah! Easter is the day when we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. There are different ways of how a person or family celebrates it. I remember, my religious friend usually attends the vigil for welcoming the Easter through a meaningful program in the church. Mostly, the Catholic with their families gather in the church during the Easter Sunday to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ in a special Holy Mass. For my Easter greetings, I would like to greet you and every member of the family a “Happy Easter Day!” May the miracle of Easter bring you renewed hope, faith, pure love, blessings and real happiness!
I would like to share the real meaning of Easter that I’ve read from cbn.com that best way to understand the real meaning of Easter would be from Jesus. The real meaning is a three word answer .. the new covenant. Easter messages..
The New Covenant
Jesus had come in town for the Passover celebration and was getting ready to be betrayed by one of the disciples, publicly humiliated and mocked, beaten beyond recognition, and hung on a cross to die, when he made his special request for his followers to remember that He gave his body for us and poured out his blood as a sacrifice for us. The heart of Easter lies in his words, “the new covenant between God and his people.” Read Luke 22:14-20 .
“This is my body, which is given for you. Do this to remember me.” After supper he took another cup of wine and said, “This cup is the new covenant between God and his people—an agreement confirmed with my blood, which is poured out as a sacrifice for you. (A part of the last supper)

Bible Verses
All who believe in the Son of God know in their hearts that this testimony is true. Those who don’tli beeve these are actually calling God a liar because they don’t believe what God has testified about his Son. And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life. (1 John 5:10-12, NLT)
“Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3b-4, KJV)
“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9, NLT)
