Summer season is the best time to try different kinds of icy shakes, fruit juices, cold drinks and beverages. Mom found this new cozy place at The Barnyard Cafe Dasmariñas, located at The District Mall, Dasmariñas. Actually, almost everyday, I want to drink or eat something refreshing to beat the summer hot feeling. Wait! I am on a diet! Thankful that I have those Zumba sessions that helps me burn calories easily. But, now I have already broken my No Rice Diet Challenge. It took me a month to do that and happy with the results. Although I am already eating rice, I make sure to eat less rice only once a day (it could be breakfast or lunch). What to order at The Barnyard cafe?

What is The Barnyard Cafe?
The Barnyard Cafe Dasmariñas offers shakes, coffee, cake, pasta, and sandwich. They have unique choices of food and shakes which I think you and your group of friends will like. This is a cozy cafe.
Inside you can see double deck seating areas and hammocks which I find unique, jolly, and a place to relax. They offer varied seating options while you and your friends indulge in their great food & drinks.
In the photo above, I ordered Freak Strawberry shake and Nachos. The serving is actually big. The Nachos are good for sharing. Since, I don’t have a companion during that time, I did my best to drink and eat what I can. Super busog! Imagine the strawberry shake is topped with a whipping cream, marshmallows, strawberry sticks, and a donut. Yay to Calories!
The taste of the Freak Strawberry shake is just good for me. I’m glad that it is not too sweet, so two thumbs up for that. I just noticed that it has lots of whipping cream on top. The nachos are good as well that you don’t need to dip it with the mayo and ketchup given at the side of the plate. The default Nacho sauce on top is enough for my taste.
For the price, I think it’s a little bit pricey.

Overall, The Barnyard Cafe is a good place to hang out with your family and friends. You can borrow books, board games, or other interesting games for the group.
