Love the Gelatofix Italian Comfort Food in BGC! So, I thought it was just sweets and dessert place, but it was more than a gelato. The moment we entered Gelatofix, my kids got excited. The different flavors of gelato in the display delighted us and whoever enters the store. In this post, I’ll be sharing our family dining experience at Gelatofix.
Gelatofix Cups
Yes, love this Gelato place! Why? I’m a dessert person. A haven of yummy gelato. I love sweets and ice cream. While we are on the way to this place, I wear the biggest smile for the week. More than a gelato, there’s a wide selection of sumptuous Italian foods to choose from their menu that will complete your comforting dining experience.
At the counter area, there are LED TV screens. The staff offered the kids a cute movie to watch which is “The Trolls” movie. Their crews are accommodating and attentive.
Gelatofix Italian Comfort Food
There is a wide selection of 16 flavors every day, the menu ranges from fan favourites such as our creamy, decadent Knam’s Cioccolato and classic Italian Vento Tiramisu, to more refreshing choices like Mango Alphonso sorbets. We tried most of the best-selling flavors according to them so we chose the flavors: Strawberry Rosso for husband, Mango Alfonso sorbetto for my mom-in-law, cookies and cream flavor -for my daughter, mint flavor for my son, and Knam’s Chocolato (Dark chocolate) for me. The Gelatofix cup scoops up to triple scoops. Single classic price is P130 and a premium for P150.
Gelatofix Italian Menu
For menu, we ordered the Chef’s recommendation for risotto and main dishes. My husband likes the Big Bird Chicken price at P295. What he likes about Big Bird Chicken is that it is boneless chicken with herbs and spices. I picked the Risotto Al Funghi, it is a fresh shitake and button mushroom, mushroom flavored risotto, price at P325.
My son loves the Barbeque ribs (not in the photo), price at P360. We found this meal good for two persons because the big servings of Barbeque (Sulit!). My son enjoyed the fall-off-the-bone roasted ribs in a tangy barbeque sauce served with rice. Their lola liked the Rosemary Chicken price at P295. This is perfect for those who loves oven baked dish. Rosemary chicken is oven baked chicken quarter marinated with Rosemary, garlic, and extra virgin Olive oil, served with rice.
Gelatofix drinks
For a more enjoyable dining experience, we paired our Italian food with comforting drinks. The Vanilla Yoghurt Frappe is what I ordered price at P160. Husband and son, prefered the Italian soda green apple, price at P135 each.
Gelatofix Philippines
I actually wanted to eat more, but the tummy is full already. I missed the Gelato Sushi! We will surely go back here for another comforting and enjoyable dining experience. This is a happy place for stimulating good mood and just feel relaxed with the sumptuous Italian foods that are truly comforting in this busy world.
