Happy New Year! We left 2019 behind with good memories and some unpleasant happenings. Whatever we’ve earned in 2019, either good or bad, there is always a new year for new hopes and to do better things ahead.
My family started the 2020 with full surprises with our extended family. We celebrated my dad’s birthday. Grateful at 81, we continuously pray for his health. We had an intimate celebration with my family, my aunt & uncle from Singapore, my aunt and my nieces and nephew in QC, and my cousin and his wife from Australia. My daughter grace the simple celebration with her beautiful song “Tomorrow” and “Into the Unknown”.
After the party, we did the traditional exchange gifts. We went to my ancestral house and spent more hours telling life stories and whereabouts. It truly feels good when you are with your family.

My new year resolution for 2020 is simple. That is to be a better version of myself. I’ll focus on improving myself with my health, being a mom and wife, relationship with my family and friends, and of course to better my finances. To do well, help and share my blessings.
