Valentine’s day is a special popular event for couples expressing their love to their loved-ones. No wonder you’ll see various romantic gifts are available in the market. What is my husband’s Valentine’s gift?
For more than 22 years of love and friendship, Heart’s day is still a special day for me and my husband. Big or small, he always offers a gift as a token of his great love to me.
Can you guess, what is his first Valentine’s gift to me? Here’s a simple kilig story. We were in the first year college when he started courting me. In the second month of his courtship, it was Sunday and also a Valentine.
We usually attend a Sunday Holy Mass. The Holy Mass was about to end when he left me for a few minutes. When he returned, he is already holding a single white rose.
Next, he carefully gave that white rose to me. He told me that his intention of courting me is real love and purity. Wow! Aside from that he gave another love letter.
Since day one of courtship, he has been writing love letters to me, to which I reply to. I actually kept those love letters to date. When I read his love letters, it takes me back to the those sweet memories.
Apart from love letters and a flower, he would treat me to dine out. He even buys pasalubong for my family.
I have so many pleasant and cheerful memories with my husband before we got married. I am thinking of sharing these events soon.
So, what is my husband’s Valentine’s Gift? It was an Instant Pot Duo Plus 9 in 1 and chocolates. The instant pot is truly my request to him. I love cooking and I want to prepare healthy meals for my family. I chose it because I like the features and the functions.
For the chocolates, I am craving for Godiva chocolates, but there is no available to buy. So, I told him that Toblerone and Lindor chocolates are fine since I will share it to my kids and Lola too.
More than flowers, chocolates, and expensive gifts, my husband’s love is the greatest gift of all. I thank God for that.
Absolutely, we should appreciate whatever gift our loved-ones give to us. It is important to love back, understand, and support one another. What is your memorable Valentine’s Gift?

Wow, 22 years! Parang kami ni hubby ah, but we will be celebrating our 23rd year of togetherness this July. ?? Parang naintriga ako dun sa feature ng pot na “yogurt maker”. ? Ako naman, I received 48-pc Ferrero Rocher from hubby. Ayoko na sana ng mga bonggang gifts, kaya lang favorite ko din yung Ferrero. ?

Sarap naman ng Ferrero Rocher! Hehe same pala tayo..
