What Makes Me Busy?

One thing is for sure, it is all about family. How I love to blog and publish more of my inspiring journey as a mom. Too little time too many tasks. I do not want stress so I actually started slowing down a few years ago. Still, what makes me busy?

What makes me busy? I’ve mentioned in my old posts that I was once a workaholic mom. I recall those sleepless nights working till dawn. When I started working at home, I give my best performance. This is why I am still employed with my  work from home job for more than 14 years now. Not a hardcore blogger, but grateful for maintaining this blog for  more than 13 years as of this writing.

Through hard work, dedication, and persistence, I was able to accomplish my goals in life together with my husband. First, husband and I dreamt of our own house and lot. It was not just one, but two. The other property is our investment as passive income. Secondly, we save for the car. We have started with a second hand car, now we have two.

There are a lot to mention for being grateful that we were able to reach those goals. The time comes when I need to slow down. By slowing down, I was able to focus on my passion and family. That means quality time with my family and hobbies.

Talk about my passion, I love home gardening. Growing herbs and veggies is my hobby. The next big thing is growing flowers which I have recently done. I find it challenging when preparing soil for the plants and arranging them. Anything relevant with organic gardening is my advocacy.

The quality time spent with family is priceless. We get to enjoy our company as we explore places and discover food. I was able to accompany my mother to her checkup and other life’s engagement. The photo above is our recent photo at Kenny Rogers Restaurant. It is our favorite restaurant because they serve healthy variety of food for the family. My sisters and brother will have more adventures with mama.

I still work online and I prefer to work smarter. Time management is still the best companion. I am back in using a monthly calendar planner. It is very effective and efficient. I homeschool my daughter while I fetch my eldest child from school during face-to-face classes.

All of the above makes me busy. You’ll see more updates with some of my happening on my fb page Experience of a super mommy | Facebook. I do not have a big fan base and that is what it is. With big power comes with big responsibilities – Spiderman. My family is more than enough and my small time side passion with blogging and social media is just fine.
