Living in your own home is very ideal for a family because you can set the standards that you wanted for your home living, can save money compared to renting a space, and your privacy is not limited. Before we bought our house and lot, I canvass and search for a better location. With the help of my friend who is a real estate agent, my husband and I were able to buy a home at a great deal. Although my parents home have enough space to share with my family, I encourage my husband to buy a house and lot as soon as possible that is why last year we have successfully bought a house and lot. Let me share to you my three important reasons of buying a home now.
My three important reasons in buying a home now
• The value of house, and lot apprizes depending on the market values almost yearly. This is my top important reason. Buying a house and lot are good investments like in kansas city homes for sale or missouri homes for sale. It is best to invest early so you can have a great value of your money.
• If you buy a home now, you can have better home location. If you buy late, you might have no other choices but only limited locations.
• Buying a home now is also great for couples who you are just starting out. It will be a great start for your growing family being independent from your relatives because it will build a strong foundation to raise your own family. Close bonding will likely to appear among the members of the family.
I highly suggest that after you have chosen the best location of your home, it is important to review the reputation of the developer. In my experience since my husband and I bought a house in a development project, we have reviewed the developer’s reputation and their projects. We have talk to some of their customers that also bought a property from them. We are happy to know positive feed backs from them.

I agree. Buying a home isn’t as easy as buying clothes. You really have to do some research about the developer, the place itself and how it is in different weather conditions, as well as your neighbors if you can. Sometimes it seems that some properties are such a good buy but after some time you realize that it’s more of a problem from what you initially thought.
I also hope that someday we can buy our own home.

When we retire hopefully we can buy a house back in the Philippines. I wish we can fulfill that dream. I know it’s hard to buy a house but hopefully we can get one.
I agree, don’t be blinded with low-cost housing promos, most of the time the materials were low in quality and will give more headache and repair expenses..
Hubby and I are looking into this now but I am still thinking hard whether to invest on a house first or buy a property in Bicol that could be a source of income. Torn!
