It is almost a year when I gave birth with my second child and I think it is now time to shed those fats. I’ve gained more than eight kilos in my pregnancy and it is not that easy to lose weight. We should also do regular exercise.
I will mark this day as my first day for my Nestle Fitnesse 14 Day Program November 25, 2013 and it will end on December 09. Just right in time since I love to eat especially this holiday season, I can control my weight gain.
