Before and After Pictures of Doing Zumba

Sharing with you my before and after pictures of doing Zumba. Hooray for my weight loss! Yes, I did it! After gaining weight because I enjoyed eating sumptuous dishes from several celebrations that started last October 2016 to January 2017, I finally decided to shed some weight. I have not yet reached my ideal weight, but loosing three kilos in three months were already an achievement for me.

The big question is “How to lose weight?“Based on my experience, the easiest way to lose weight is to cut your rice intake or totally try the No rice diet. I did my “No rice diet challenge” for 5 weeks, from there I lose 2 and a half kilos.  What have you noticed from my before and after pictures of doing Zumba? When I lose weight, I already changed my jeans, tops, and some of my undergarments.

My Diet Weight loss Strategy (Diet Weight loss timeline)

  • February- March – No Rice Diet – I lose two and a half kilos
  • March 20 – (June) present – three times a week of doing Zumba in the morning – I lose a half kilo
  • July – I am planning to cut my rice intake and resume to my No rice diet challenge again

When I started doing Zumba, I stopped my No rice diet challenge. Why? Because I think that I need carbohydrates found in rice to replenish the energy loss from doing Zumba. Currently, I’m glad that I didn’t gain weight even if I eat regular meals or sometimes crave for sweets or high calorie foods. It’s because of the Zumba effect! I perspire a lot three times a week from joining the Zumba activity.

To be honest eating is sometimes boring without sweets, junk foods, or any savory and fatty dishes. I also have those cheat days. But, I make sure to it that after eating unhealthy foods, I should remove it to my body within 24 hours. How to poop fast within 24 hours? I can try to eat pineapple, sweet potato, or Saluyot as a natural laxative. If these things are unavailable at home, I always have a stock of Biofit tea. This is like a Biofit tea review already. In times of cheat days, I drink Biofit tea before bedtime. At exactly after 7-8 hours, I am going to poop.  The Biofit tea is not painful to our stomach compared to other slimming tea that I’ve tried. I only tried Kancura slimming tea and I do not want the side effects because it is painful to tummy.

How effective is the Zumba to lose weight? It is very effective! I am merely addicted to Zumba for good health. I always attend our Zumba session. Grateful for the Zumba group we had in the community. My fellow Zumba mates are kind and friendly. Same with our Zumba instructors, they are energetic, approachable, and kind. We love that Zumba spirit!

My Zumba results in 60 days

  • I lose weight
  • My skin got firmer and I think muscles are starting toned
  • As I perspire my skin becomes clearer
  • I noticed that my belly fats were reduced
  • My body became more flexible
  • It strengthens my endurance

At present, I need to continue in loosing weight. My target areas for reducing fats are my arms, legs, and belly fats. Stay tuned for my Weight loss updates.
