#Mommylife 

Literally speaking, there is no holiday when you are a mom. No pause, no breaks, and no leaves just kids for keeps. Ha ha! I have two kids the left and the right. A boy and a girl with different personalities. I have a tough #mommylife. I am posing positively, albeit there is a reticent side of me.

When you are a parent, there comes a time that you wanted to have a financial freedom. Your earnings might be enough for now but not in the long-term. Then you want to experience something more in life. We were thinking of having a business and on how to grow your investment. Simple to say, but it requires prudence with our finances. There is always a risk in business.

Husband and I are both working. He is in the office while I am working from home. Currently, I am spending part-time at my online work. I have to be scrupulous about my work. Sometimes we’re getting ornery with stress from work. A reason of me planning to give up my online work.

Let’s talk about the present president of the Philippines – Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte. He showed a great aplomb on his  first State of the Nation Address. Law and order, economic development, and improved government service are the president’s priorities. Although a bit long, there is a brevity in his speech which I like. Straight to the point.We are looking forward to his administration!

Part of my weekday routine is to fetch my son from school. I love seeing a bevy of students. It reminds me of my school days. At school, there are times that my son’s class adviser apprise me with the current issues. While my children are young, I spend a vivacious relationship with them.

I am contented with our humble abode. The place is contiguous to the major establishments that a family needs. We are merely 250 meters away from SM City Molino. There’s an ongoing development so close to our vicinity. It is the Vermosa, the extra Suburban with a focus on the active living experience under Ayala land.

At home, we are still having home improvement. The latest was the painting of the gate panels. In dressing up the sofa, a new customized sofa cover was sewn. Good thing that our sofa set is not big. We only paid three thousand pesos for its fittings including the throw pillows. When dealing with a sewist or dressmaker,  I was thinking of having a bespoke dress. I recall my aunt who always order custom dress from her fave dressmaker.

Every day I learn and discover. I admire benevolent people whom I met along the way. A chance with them at the wet market, sari sari store, tricycle, jeepney, traffic roads, sales clerk, and teachers.
This is a piece of my #mommylife. There is a timeless homage to mothers who unconditionally love and care. That is a feeling of pure happiness and love.
