Kitchen Interior Design

Kitchen Interior design is partly built in our home. Cabinets were built to maximize the space. I would like to have a spacious kitchen with clear and earthy colors. Although modern kitchen usually uses stainless, aluminum, and glass materials, I still prefer wooden kitchen cabinets. I just added a combination of sliding glass at the center of the cabinets.

 

 

The kitchen interior designby default of this house model has a kitchen top color of gray or black. It has only one sink with no hanging kitchen cabinets. The kitchen design that I like is the one with a white kitchen top, with two sinks, with kitchen hanging  cabinets, and with pull-out cabinets below the kitchen top.

 

Before we move-in, we change the kitchen top’s color from gray to white. We replaced the single  sink to dual sink. We installed hanging cabinets. An exhaust for the oven was setup. But, the pull-out cabinets were not set. We are planning to modify the bottom cabinets soon with pull-out cabinets.

 

For the kitchen lighting, we installed a thin long LED lights under the window deck of the kitchen. It gives a brighter and clearer view when using the kitchen top and the sink. There is also an additional plugs for small kitchen appliance.

 

There will be more kitchen improvement soon. I’ll be adding layers in the tall clear cabinets too. When we moved in, we think that what’s important is that the kitchen is usable and can easily be clean. You know, aside from the restroom, kitchen is one of the most busiest part of the house. Do you agree? Of course, most moms do 🙂 .

 

In the photo above, some of the kitchen appliance and related items we used at home are Water Purifier Mineral Pot, and Electrolux refrigerator. We have the traditional juicer but it was not easy to clean it up so I still prefer to use the blender.
