Since the pandemic begun last year, instead of buffet, they will serve the food straight to your table. Do not worry if you still want another plate. You can always request for a refill or extra.
First, they will serve garden salad greens with its signature dressing. The vegetables and edible flowers are so fresh.
In a typical buffet setup, you may create your own salad of freshly harvested lettuce and arugula topped with mango, eggs, cucumber, jackfruit, edible flowers, pineapple and white corn, or whatever fruits are in season. Drizzled with Sonya’s Secret Salad Dressing, Balsamic Vinegar or EVOO.
For the hot drinks, you may choose between coffee or hot chocolate. I am a hot chocolate lover so opted to have it. A refreshing fresh juice like dalandan is also served on the table.
Secondly, they served served bread with assorted jams. The bread tasted so good. We love that it is freshly baked. Just eat right. Try not to get full because you may want to try the big part of the breakfast.
For the main or a big part of this breakfast meal, they served fried rice, chicken and pork adobo, daing na bangus with mango salsa, and egg served the way you like.
Lastly, we have a relaxing tarragon tea. We have a full breakfast. My husband, brother and I are happy all the way as we review all the food we ate. It was so sulit for the buffet breakfast price.
