Teeth are very important to our daily lives. We use our teeth to grind the food which is the first stage in the digestive process. Without the teeth, it is difficult to digest and it may effect the pronunciation of certain words during speech. Imagine your face without teeth, the facial feature does not look good. We should take care of our teeth by keeping it clean, brushing at least three times a day or brushing after eating too much chocolates or sweets and most importantly have a regular dental check-up.

Dental restoration of a Filipino Mom
Just today I went to the dental clinic for a check up. It is almost one year when I visited the dentist. I am so thankful that my brother-in-law is a Dentist and an Orthodontist too. A few years ago, I have crooked teeth and with his dental care using metal braces, my teeth were completely fixed. Aside from my crooked teeth, he also fix my crossbite problem. I have used dental braces for almost two years to fix those problems and now I am so thankful for the outcome.
Tooth restoration was also done on some of my teeth wherein the dentist remove any dental decay with the special dental burrs first from the affected tooth to make space for the planned restorative materials. After the tooth restoration, my teeth are back to good again. With these process, it restored my teeth and I have avoided the painful tooth extraction. It is important to have a regular dental check up because your dentist will recommend which tooth to restore. They will also take a look at your teeth if it has gingivitis or cavities. As early as possible it is good to know the condition of your teeth to avoid losing them one by one.
Special thanks to Dr. Crisanto Dela Cruz Dental Clinic for taking care of my teeth. I feel so blessed and thankful that through his dental care, I do not have to worry for my teeth problems. Until now I am thankful that all my teeth are still complete without false teeth, root canal or jacket only tooth restoration.
Great and really informative post about dental practice. Thanks for sharing this to us. This ads more knowledge.
That’s great. In our case, we haven’t visited the dentist for more than 3 years already! We need to go soon!
