A great exercise and bonding activity with your child is to spend a day at the park. After attending the Holy mass, we went to a nearby park with playground. This is the first time that we let him play to an outdoor playground. My son usually stayed at home and if we go out we sometimes let him play at an indoor playground like Active fun.

From the photo above, you can figuratively say that he is very happy. He played mostly in slides. The ambiance in the park is very relaxing. Tall trees with big shades cover the area giving fresh air and limiting the sunlight to strike the place. It is also a peaceful place and a good location if you wanted to finish reading your favorite books.
Some people eat at the park and prepared for a picnic which is a great idea too. It can save you budget and having a picnic is an excellent family bonding too. I have several pictures of my little boy while playing at the playground and will be sharing in my next post.

That’s what our village lack – a decent park. Pa executive executive pa kuno eh they can’t provide a decent park for children to play in. Tapos andami dami pang aso pakalat kalat. It’s really very convenient if villages have parks. Ang gastos pag nasa mall eh. 🙂
Movies or a day at the pool, that’s what we do on Sundays 🙂 And of course attend mass 🙂
I wish there’s a park near our place with playground that my son can play in; he will surely love that! We usually take him to the free playground at Market! Market! because he enjoys playing there, but we still have to take a cab to do that and eat (later) as well. We usually go there or to the mall on Saturdays because that’s our family day.
I love parks. It’s free and usually have a kid-friendly environment. Sadly the park near our home was destroyed by the flood. The local officials don’t have it as their priority to fix the playground.
I miss those days when my kids would run at the park and have picnic together with my friends and family. Nice bonding time!
