Yard Signs are one of effective marketing tools that is usually seen outdoors. When my husband and I went on tripping to find a real estate, we normally saw this yard signs at the model house. It simply displays the model name and the type of house that was being market. I find it very helpful especially when there are many units to view because you can simply figure out the difference with the model name.
My godparent who is into direct selling have this yard signs just like in print yard signs. She is well-known in our place with the direct selling business and she’s been doing this for almost 10 years. Because of the yard sign that was posted in front of their home, I think it helps a lot to market her business even she is only working at home. Her regular customers would come to her place and even attracts new clients with the help of the signage.
