These are our cute cat and kitten pet. Aside from planting or gardening, playing with our pet is truly a stress reliever. Cats are naturally sweet. They look so cute and lovable too. They are our family pet since its birth. Taking care of these cute cats and kittens have advantages. Do you know which is the friendliest cat according to breed or color?
Cat and Kitten
Let me introduce the names of my cat and kitten in the photo above. The orange cat’s name is Kringer. It is a male cat. Imagine, this cat was born on New Year 2015. My talking Tom or Tomi is the Kitten’s name in the photo. My talking Tom is super cute. Its daddy cat is a big wild cat that looks like him. It was born last June 10, 2015 with the same mother cat. They are not only two cats at home. I actually posted some of the kittens that we have a home at Cute kittens at home. Sadly, the other kittens were gone. Currently, we have two cats and two kittens left.
About Ginger Cat
When I watched about cats breed, physically Ginger cats looks like a manx or Egyptian mau. No wonder why many references to “ginger cats” appear in books or films to believe the ginger cat is a distinct feline breed like what I’ve mentioned. Cat fanciers use the term “red” for the color that is commonly called “orange,” “marmalade,” or “ginger.
Another interesting fact is that most Ginger cats are male. So true! We actually have three feline cats resembling to Orange cats. All of our Ginger cats are male. The downside is that mostly the male cats loves wandering. Although these cats are friendly, we found them stray in most times. Good thing that our pet Kringer stayed in our home now.
Friendliest cat and kitten
You will noticed that our cute cat and kitten are closely similar to the popular cats named Ginger or Tom in the Talking Ginger, and My talking Tom iPhone App. I made a little research to answer, which is the friendliest cat?
According to University of California research, Ginger cats are friendly and adorable. From the published journal anthrozoos, the findings for the friendliest cat view ginger cats as friendly and approachable by pet owners. Well, as one of the pet owner of this orange that is sometimes called “Marmalade” cat, I can testify that Ginger cat is the friendliest among the cats we have at home.
How about the White cat? White cats are regarded as shy and distant. This is also according to the research by the University of California. We have a white cat at home, not purely white but I think 80% hues of white. Our white cat maybe distant but not shy.
They say that purely black cats are unlucky. Black cats are mysterious. With our black cat that is not purely black with stripes of darker shade, I guess this cat is not that friendly compared to our Ginger cat. Our black cat named “My talking Tom” is usually on his own. He seldom stay longer beside us.
