Finally after two years of staying here in Cavite, I was able to shop by chance at Emilu’s Supermarket Molino Cavite. This is a popular supermarket with lowest price items. While waiting for my son’s basketball program end session in school, I strolled along Molino road until I reached Emilu’s supermarket. Is it really true that grocery items in Emilu’s supermarket are low?
When I entered Emilu’s Supermarket Molino Cavite, it reminds me of the Super Eight Supermarket in Caloocan City. As I observed inside Emilu’s, it is comparable to Super Eight. When my husband and I are just starting out as husband and wife, we are always in a tight budget. To keep up with the budget, I always have grocery lists and prices of each items. I told myself not to exceed to my budget when shopping. Instead of comfortably buying to the nearest store or leading supermarket, I opt to shop at Super Eight grocery store. Despite the long walks and inconvenience in going back home with heavy loads, I succeeded with my thrift-budget plans.
That was before. Now, I am so grateful that all the sacrifices, budgeting, patience, and inconveniences have been paid off. I can shop to any leading supermarkets. Of course, I still have my budget and grocery lists. But I am not that super worried when my groceries exceeded my budget because I always have extra fund for it. I have to share this to my readers that for the past six years of President Noy Aquino, the status of my family gets better. We are not dependent on the government. My husband and I have been helping each other. We both work hard for what we have now. I believe that our government have done a good job for our economy because my family feels it. We are not yet in the comfort zone, but we are striving our best to make better lives for our family. I am not saying that currently we have a perfect administration in the Philippines because there are also flaws. I am actually pissed off with the MRT issues. I’ve been a regular passenger of this way back years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. I never had experience a worst ride in MRT during those years. I just wish that whoever wins in the National elections do their best to fix and assign better management for MRT, resolve the heavy traffic and other transportation related issues that we have. Please! Who is my Presidential and Vice-presidential candidate? I’ll keep it myself. I’m sure you’ve understood the little thing I’ve shared here. Let us respect each others choice.
So much for my say about the current administration. Let’s go back to Emilu’s Supermarket Molino Cavite post. The store is well-organized inside. There are many staff who are arranging products on the shelves. Everybody seemed preoccupied. The store is not that big but I guessed they almost have what a family needs when shopping for grocery items. I checked the prices of their laundry products. I found out that the cost is lower compared to other leading supermarkets. From there, I can say that they truly have low price items. They also have wet products like meat, some fresh veggies, and fruits.
At the side of the store, there is a Tiangge that sells variety of items.I bought a fan there. The selling prices of the items there is also low. I did not leave the store without trying out the food stall there. Super cheap! I got Buko juice Palamig for only 10 pesos. Due to my thirst, I drunk two glasses. The food stall also sells Siomai, Sharksfin, french fries, and other food items at a very affordable price.
For the parking, Emilu’s Supermarket Molino Cavite have ample parking. It is an open space parking in front of the store. This is a budget-friendly supermarket. Good luck to grocery stores like this. May you continue to serve the consumers with your low price grocery items.
