Riviera Wallet: Ang Wallet Na Masuwerte!

I should be blogging about my year end review or my top posts for the year, but here I am blogging for that”Ang wallet na masuwerte“. If you are one of the 80’s or even the 90’s kids, I’m sure you can relate to this jingle. The wallet na masuwerte I’m talking about is the Seiko wallet, a Philippine made wallet made with genuine leather. The Seiko wallet is made for men while these days the counterpart for the wallet na masuwerte for women is the Riviera wallet.

 

 

In my old wallet that lasts for more than a decade, I already put it to rest.  It is the “Ang Wallet na Masuwerte” for me. For almost 10 years of using my old wallet (Actually 8 years I think I just rounded it off), my finances and my way of life improved. It didn’t let me down. Well of course, I worked hard and I reaped what I sowed. Since my old wallet had retired, I need a new wallet. I want a long wallet with the same features or more added functionalities for a better wallet usage. So, I did several research. I consider a material made with genuine leather for durability.

Where to buy Riviera wallet?

There are a few brands I visited online, but I’ve decided to shop at the department store for a wide variety of choices so that I can physically check the wallets with my own hands. At SM department store, only Effegi and Riviera brands are available. The sales lady told me that Riviera wallet is the wallet for women with the same manufacturer of Seiko Wallet for men. I carefully checked the material, design, price and the comparison between Effegi Vs Riviera wallet. The one that stands out to me is the Riviera leather wallet.

 

 

You can see in the photo above that there are many compartments for cards. Also, the back side of the Riviera long wallet I picked has a compartment for coins that can slightly adjust when you inserted many coins. For the bills, there are several divisions. You can also place receipts or other important bills in the flat divisions of the wallet. The only one lacking in this Riviera wallet is the pen holder. I just attached my pen at the side of this wallet. Overall, this wallet is mommy approved for me. The price of this Riviera Leather wallet is Php 1,699.75.
