      Hi Nic,

This is Jem. It is always best to cook them first before eating, you can just cook it to boil and make it as a salad mix with calamansi/ vinegar and salt perfect with fried fish, shrimp paste and hot rice.

      Hi Phany,
To make Talbos ng kamote Juice, you need to

1.Boil talbos ng kamote (1 bunch) in 1-2 liters of water
2.Filter the boiled talbos ng kamote water to remove the leaves.
      3. Squeeze Lemon or Calamansi (10- 20 pcs. or depending on availability) to the filtered Talbos ng Kamote water. (Adding Lemon or Calamansi will make the juice pink)
      4. Add sugar to taste.
      5. Voila! It can be served cold or warm.
