Yes! My first week of DASH weekly diet is effective. From what I have mentioned last week about my DASH weekly weight loss plan, I really need to shed pounds. I have learned an effective and top diet solution for 2012 and it is the DASH diet which is a healthier way to weight loss.
Since DASH diet focuses on eating more nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables, I started my week 1 diet with eating more fruits. I also ate less rice and low calorie foods. I think the best way in my first week is eating less rice and eating rice only once a day by lunch time.
I did not deprive myself in eating regular foods and if I really can’t help it especially with chocolates, I drink a herbal dietary tea (BioFitea) at night before I sleep. After approximately eight hours or in the morning when you wake up, you will rush to the comfort room for your bowel movement. It will cleanse the fat, cholesterol and toxins that you have inside your stomach by flushing it off through bowel movement.
Week 1 Diet Results
Date:1/9/12 – weight 145 lbs.
Date 1/16/12 – weight 141.9 lbs. (Diet result)
Weight loss of 3.1 pounds in a week. It is not bad and it is effortless. My target weekly is to cut down 5 lbs but it is fine. I will now work on my second week.
For second week, it would still be less rice, more fruits and vegetable. This time I will drink the herbal dietary tea straight through one week.
