It was week 6 when we saw the progress of our home improvement. In my Home Improvement week 4, I have mentioned that the stairs were built and the concrete slab is dry already. There was a delay in week 5 because our contractor had stopped working due to barangay clearance working permit issue but it was resolved already. When we got the construction bond, we were not informed that our workers or contractor need the barangay clearance working permit which is also a requirement in the home improvement and construction in Las Palmas subdivision at Caypombo, Bulacan.

Home Improvement at Las Palmas, Caypombo, Bulacan
Week 6 improvements includes installation of ceiling board, construction of flooring and walls for the comfort room and kitchen area. At the second floor we have installed Polyethylene foam insulation which is excellent for preserving and/or resisting heat and cooling energy. We bought Polyethylene foam insulation from Wilcon Depot that cost approximately Php 3, 500 for 25 meters. The carpenters started working on smooth finishing the side walls. As what I’ve requested in the plan for the home improvement, they will replace the two front windows up and down with analoc windows and will also replace the side window at the second floor with a big one. I like the feel of having enough window installation for the air to pass through inside our home.
Our target plan to move-in here is by the end of June or July 8 this year but I do not want to expect more because I wanted our home to be built with good construction and finishing. May God continue to help us with our home improvement.
