Farrah House Construction at Fairgrounds Vallejo Place

May 28, 2015 4 Comments

The first time we arrived at Vallejo place in Cavite, we didn’t miss the chance to get a property here. My husband and I have a beautiful story of how we finally settled in Cavite. We are actually staying in the Northern part of Metro Manila since birth so moving to a nearby province or should I say City in the Southern part is a big adjustment to us. What is this Farrah House Construction at Fairgrounds Vallejo Place?

This Farrah House Construction at Fairgrounds Vallejo Place is our soon-to-be home. It is the very first time that I blogged about the construction of our house in Cavite. Before,  I shared about our first house improvement in Las Palmas, Bulacan. We are actually planning to move there. Husband and I did our best for the wired telephone and internet services application in Las Palmas subdivision but it failed. The wired telephone and internet service is very important to the nature of our work. So, what we did is to find other place with these services.

Since my husband is working in the South Central Business District, we consider looking for a house and lot in the Southern part of Metro Manila. The house and lot or even townhouse in Quezon City, Makati, Mandaluyong are too expensive that we can’t afford during that time. Most properties that you can get in the Metro are condominium units and still they are of high cost. We think wisely. Using google earth and google map, I search properties in Cavite that are very accessible. Vallejo place is just located at the back of SM Molino after Citihomes subdivision. I checked it at www.nababaha.com if it is prone to flooding and also review about the West Valley fault. Thankfully! Vallejo Place is not prone to flooding and it is not located near the West Valley Fault. I also asked some friends and relatives who knew the place in that radius and glad for positive feed backs.

Because I love to learn and know more about real estate and properties, I attended the invitation of my fellow blogger Brown Pinay who is now a broker, to be one of her sales agent in DRIVEN. This real estate company is very accommodating as they processed the accreditation of Masaito Richfields, the developer of Vallejo Place in Cavite. Happily! My first sale is our soon-to-be home! If you wanted to buy a property here, I am very much willing to assist you. Follow me through my social media accounts and kindly send a message.

For the wired telephone and internet services, it is not only one but two are available in this exclusive subdivisionc-PLDT Fibr and Globe. While waiting for the construction and move-in of our Farrah home in Fairgrounds, we rented a townhouse inside the Vallejo Place at Phase 1. It seemed like that God was setting everything in proper places. Praise God! I don’t know if it is just coincidence that while searching for a house for rent, we found one. There are actually many of us who talked to the owner for the rental and wonderfully the owner of the house chose us to be their tenant.

Now we are living in Cavite for more than one year and a month while writing this post. No regrets! Just excitement! Stay tuned for my upcoming post about our soon-to-be home 🙂 .

[…] The house gate design was my idea, then hubby suggested other details to it. I love a home with natural lighting and air passing through for a more auspicious living. You will notice that the gate panels have spacing. We actually wanted a stainless gate, but since we are on a tight budget, we use the other option- the steel gate. The gate design I chose is timeless. A combination of modern wall cladding design and classic gate features. As you can see some materials for home extension are noticeable in the photo. We’re praying that we can pursue with the house extension this year. There is also a temporary gazebo installed while waiting for the construction of the house extension. To view the before photos of our house when it was newly built, visit my post Farrah House construction. […]
