There are great advantages of working at home like taking care of your child is very manageable seeing them whenever you want and spending quality time with your family, there is no need to worry in travelling for work and going back home and there is a comfort in your working place because you can choose an area in the house that is convenient for you. The only disadvantage that I can see working at home is that the company benefits are limited but still there are many ways to acquire good benefits as a work at home mommy.
