Open Happiness: Sinong Napasaya Mo Today?

Happiness is an emotional state of well-being that brings intense joy and boosts good feeling. When we are happy, we are usually in a positive mood to work and do our task. We are active and there is a big advantage in aiming for our goal with good mood. Not only that, happiness has been linked to promote good health as well because the more happy we are the less stress we feel, there is a decreased amount of the stress hormone cortisol in the bloodstream.

Smiling and laughing are the physical effects of happiness. When we smile it makes us attractive, lifts the face and makes us look younger. We know that most of us like to look younger.

I love the benefits of being happy. There are many reasons to be happy that is why I love to share happiness to everyone especially to those who are close to me like my family, friends, and colleagues. It could be a simple treat with your friends, an act to inspire them or delivering beautiful kind words to everyone.

With Coca-Cola 2013 campaign – Sino Napasaya mo today? (“Who will you make happy today?”) My answer – napasaya ko today is my family. Today,  we are complete and although I was not able to cook for lunch, I ordered for delivery their favorite food from a popular food chain. Of course we open a bottle of coke. My four-year old boy used to call Coke as “Happiness” as what he usually hear from the TV commercials. It is indeed happiness when we eat together as a family and Coca-cola makes it even happier. It’s a great feeling to open happiness and share it with everyone.
