It was July 6, 2013 when I attended the Nestle Acti-V Go Lounge event at Romulo Cafe in Quezon City. I have been taking Nestle Acti-V Yogurt long before especially during the times of my pregnancy last year so when I was invited in this event I felt very happy to be there.The event was a stress-free afternoon wherein we’ve enjoyed set of activities that is really relaxing.

What is the recommended amount of fiber should a women and men aim daily?
Women should aim for 21 to 25 grams of fiber daily, while men should aim for 30 to 38 grams each day. It is important to note, however, that some people may get stomach cramps and gas when they suddenly increase their fiber intake. It is advised to change your diet gradually and increase fluids to reduce discomfort.
Also, you can get fiber by eating fiber rich foods like whole wheat bread, cereals, fruits particularly Avocado, Kiwi, Orange, Red Grapes, and vegetables such as Squash and Sweet Potatoes.
Like most moms I hate being constipated because it may slow us down and stop us from being Supermom. So to ease our tummy worries and avoid being constipated it is best to drink two to four extra glasses of water a day, take warm liquids especially in the morning and add fiber to our daily diet.
In the Nestle Acti-V Go Lounge event the first thing that I did with my sister was to pamper ourselves with spa treatment and we chose to have foot massage with hot stone.
After a 20-minute relaxing foot massage with hot stone, We went to DIY corner where we designed our own canvass chiller bag.

After that we went to the main dining room to eat finger foods and cocktails and I am so glad that we’ve met Ms. Cherie Gil to grace the dining room to talk about Nestle Acti-V and her lifestyle. She shared her secret of what makes her for being fab and fit at 50. Well according to her she always drink enough water, she always smile and live with gratitude. Exercise is part of her routine. She is doing Yoga, swimming and she is also into dancing Tango. Most importantly of being happy to what she’s been doing and having the right attitude. She mentioned in the talk that she hates constipation and one great way to ease with that is to eat Nestle Acti-V yogurt. Even at the shooting set she brings Nestle Acti-V and she would share it with her friends which makes them really happy.

We’ve also done personalized Nestle Acti-V Pillow. Before we headed home we’ve watched short films at the second floor while munching truffle popcorn and drinking smoothies with Nestle Acti-V.
