This is the first run activity that I participated. Way back in my grade school/ high school days, I am very athletic. I used to be a Sprint runner and won second place in the sports run. No wonder how I developed those muscles in my legs. Aside from running, I also played volleyball, basketball and swimming during those times. Engaging yourself in sports are healthy way to keep your body in good condition.
Now that I am a mom my body condition has changed. I am not that physically active with sports because of some priorities since I started working at home. Good thing that there are activities like Hyundai run for a cause and I am so happy to be invited in the event. The registration is free and you have to choose from list of Hyundai Cause advocacy.

Since this is my first run, I did brisk walking most of the time instead of running. I think I need to practice myself by jogging to condition my body for great endurance in the run. I am so thankful that I was with my close friend in college during the event. This will be a good start for a healthy lifestyle in me. At home, jogging in a nearby park is the best way to continue a healthy habit in the morning.
