Home Improvement at Las Palmas Week 3

May 28, 2013 7 Comments

It was week 3 for our home improvement in Las Palmas subdivision when we visited the site. In my previous post about Home improvement week 2, the contractor just prepared the setup for the provision of second floor concrete slab and now the concrete slab was  built. The comfort room in the ground floor was removed and the setup for the provision stairs was created. Concrete drying or curing time is two weeks. At the back of the house, the lavatory was removed and the setup for the relocation of the toilet and bathroom has started already.

Home Improvement at Las Palmas Bulacan Week 3

By week 4 we are expecting that the stairs will be made as well as the provision for the relocation of the toilet and bathroom, and also the kitchen area. There are still many things to do such as the finishing of the ground and second floor, installation of the ceiling board, installation of the granite tiles, installation of the analoc windows, and a  lot more. We are very excited and I think this coming weekend hubby will start landscaping on the extra lot temporarily to plant vegetables. For the gate, we are still thinking about it because we are on a tight budget. I pray that may God give us extra strength and blessings to finish our home.

    Hi there,

I am also renovating the house in Las Palmas. Just like you , I got a bare house. Ask ko lang if you were able to get broadband connection in your area. By the way, my house is located at Phase 3 near the lagoon.

    thanks !

    Hi,

We applied at PLDT North Edsa but we have to personally follow-up and bring a document or proof that the house was mortgage through PAG-IBIG housing. According to the customer service the location is already serviceable by PLDT. We are located at phase 5 near the gate to Guyong-Caypombo.

      Hi Yham,

According sa neighborhood na nakausap ko doon and sa relatives namin na nakatira doon more than 2 years na mabuti naman at safe. Of course kailangan mo pa rin i-secured ang house mo and things.
