My husband loves to eat hotdogs so one day I tried to search for recipe to make the usual cooking of hotdogs a different one. After following the recipe and cooking instructions from Del Monte Kitchenomics, I have successfully cooked a delicious Hotdog Casserole recipe. This recipe is also good for kids.
Note: You may use any brand of hotdogs but I highly recommend to use Purefoods regular hotdog.
Nutrition: High in Vitamin A – for good eyesight.

Hotdog Casserole Recipe from Kitchenomics
Ingredients
1/4 kg regular hotdog, cut into 1/2″ diagonal slices
1 pc large onion, sliced
1 pouch (200 g) DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup canned whole corn kernels
100 g Baguio beans, sliced diagonally
Procedure
1. Sautè hotdog and onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add DEL MONTE Tomato Sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt) and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
2. Add 1/4 cup water, corn and Baguio beans. Cook until vegetables are tender.
According to Kitchenomics.com recipe this would make 6 servings.
Remarks: This recipe is so easy to prepare and cook. If you wanted a sweeter sauce, you may add a little sugar then adjust the flavor to taste.
