PLDT SMTP Settings That Works With My Microsoft Outlook

There is an issue with my outgoing email settings when I am sending email using Microsoft outlook with PLDT Fibr. Thank goodness that information is readily available when you google it. In this post, I just wanted to share the PLDT SMTP Settings That Works With My Microsoft Outlook.

Make  sure to enter the correct email address, password, incoming mail server, and for outgoing mail server use the appropriate settings. For PLDT DSL and PLDT HOME Fibr, you can use smtpdsl4.pldtdsl.net. At home, we are using PLDT HOME Fibr. Go to more settings, the internet E-mail settings will pop up.  I use 100  for incoming server(Pop 3) and 25 for outgoing server (SMTP). The photo shown below is the settings that I have at home.

I actually have a backup of my email since I started using this program. Before I seldom use the calendar and task but this year, I think am going to make use of it to maximize the settings and take advantage of the program.  It is also convenient when you use Microsoft outlook because there are more options with your mail settings that you can set.

Apart from Microsoft Outlook in desktop, I am also using mailboxes in my iphone 5 that works with this PLDT smtp settings. We are so lucky in this generation that we have an ease of access to everything and mobility has been one of the comfort in our lifestyle. I just hope that we should make use of this for good and not do something that may harm our society.
