Many people are wondering the nature of my online work at home. They usually asked how is the process of my work, how do you communicate and how do I get paid. I normally answer them that there is a good process and instructions to be followed when you work at home online. The online work process is a confidential matter that I do not divulge. Let me share my experience of being an independent contractor at home.
I have been a contract worker. When I started working online at home, the first job that I accepted is a project-based contract. The contractor management allows you to be more detailed in your work and there is a time sheet that needs to be accomplished to determine the accuracy of your job. What I like about it is that it helps me to become independent at my online work managing my own time and schedule to adhere to the company’s work target and goal. It was easy to deal and transact in a contract because you can review the scope of work before you sign it and there is Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policies which are good for the company in return. That way I feel no worry about the company that I am working with and vice versa the company can have a peace of mind with their workers transaction in a contract.
