The next post about the update on my DASH diet supposed to be week 3 and 4 but because of my on and off DASH diet habits I failed the target. Too bad that I was not able to accomplish my weight plan but the good thing is the I just maintained my latest weight and I am carefully choosing the right healthy food intake.
I would like to share my weekly eating habit that I think is healthy. I tried to follow the simple Nestle fitnesse diet program suggestion at the back of the label of the cereal. As a summary, you should eat the 30g Nestle cereals with fresh milk and fruits for breakfast and dinner. For lunch time, you should eat balanced healthy meal with fruits. Although there are times that I skip the breakfast for other foods, in the evening I only eat the Nestle fitnesse cereals. I really love to exercise but the tons of my current work won’t allow me. Oh I forgot to use the flat belly program dance video. I will try it this weekend.
