Early detection of pregnancy will help a pregnant mom to be more aware of the things to do and avoid during the first trimester of her pregnancy. It is primarily about starting a healthy lifestyle right away because the first trimester is a time of rapid development for your baby. My husband and I are so happy when we have learned that we will be having our second baby.
Early symptoms of pregnancy
- nausea
- tender nipples and breasts
- bloating of the abdomen
- fatigue and frequent urination
My early pregnancy symptoms experience: Sometimes I feel like I wanted to vomit but I can control it. In the first two weeks, I experience the bloating of the abdomen and fatigue. Most of the times I wanted to sleep and loves to eat food. When I missed my first month period, I felt that my breasts are tender and full. These are noticeable symptoms that I also experience when I have my first baby.
What is the best time to take pregnancy test?
If you are experiencing the early symptoms of pregnancy, you can go ahead and take the urine pregnancy test. It would only cost you approximately $1 (Php40). In my case to make sure that I am truly pregnant with pregnancy test, I waited for my monthly period. Since I have a regular monthly period (30 days), when I missed a day or two that is the indication that I am pregnant.
There are more scientific explanation such as having a chart for your basal body temperature, knowing your 14-day luteal phase (the time between ovulation and when you get your period.). This is a way too early to test. It is best to consult your doctor/ Obstetrician for this.
