Nick Jr. Team Umizoomi: an educational TV program for preschool kids

August 30, 2011 3 Comments

My little boy who is turning three this October loves to watch Nick Jr. TV programs. There are so many educational TV programs that can be seen at Nick Jr. and one of it is the “Team Umizoomi“.

Kids learn while they watch Nick Jr. TV programs. In every episode of team Umizoomi, there are action-packed adventure that keeps the kids watching from the beginning to the end. There are no dull moments with this TV program, they can interact while watching by helping Team Umizoomi solve the puzzle or problem in the TV episode. Team Umizoomi builds preschool math skills and concepts, like counting, measuring and comparisons. Aside from my personal teaching bonding with my son, he develops more in his learning skills with shapes, colors and numbers by watching this TV program.

Team Umizoomi is recommended for preschool kids and advanced learning for toddlers. Here in the Philippines in our Skycable channel, Nickelodeon is Channel 45. Team Umizoomi schedule is weekdays from 8:30AM-9:00AM and another episode at 12:30PM – 1:00PM.
